How It Works

You can book:

  • an individual session
  • a session with a partner
  • a small private group

Some services require a short consultation before booking to ensure alignment.

All educational pathways at Tension begin with Fundamentals.
Whether taken in a group or privately, Fundamentals — along with assessment — is required before accessing higher levels of the curriculum.

This ensures shared language, safety, and intentional progression.

All sessions are taught with the same values that guide our group classes:
ACCOUNTABILITY // COMMUNICATION // SAFETY // COMMUNITY // DISCIPLINE
